About this Nominee
After culinary school, Nikki Ozawa began her career at Walt Disney World, later opening Baker & A Black Cat where her passion for baking and unique personal touches have led to appearances in national publications, as well as being included in the Top Ten Wedding Cake Bakers in the Greater Sacramento area. If Nikki isn’t baking, you’ll find her snuggled up with her not-black-but-orange cat Gambit, reading a book, or enjoying tots with her bestie!
