The Shingle Springs Health & Wellness Center offers a complete range of in-house services for primary medicine, pediatrics, and specialty care services. Our family medicine team can treat your entire family and we are available for all of your health care needs. Our goal is to build lasting relationships with our patients and accomplish this through preventative care, chronic care management, and seamless access to primary and pediatric care, specialty care services and our in house pharmacy.

Your wellbeing is our priority and we are here to support your health journey at every stage of life.

While our existing patients can often receive same day appointments, we are also accepting NEW patients. We treat everyone, Native and non-Native alike. Our office gladly accepts Medicare plans including Part B and Railroad, Medi-cal plans and many PPO plans such as Aetna, Magellan, Mountain Valley, TriCare, and more. If you are uninsured or struggling to pay for services, we may be able to assist you.
