Chiropractor Alexander Day, DC, enjoys assisting patients by focusing on whole body health through chiropractic care, motivating them to achieve their personal health goals. Dr. Day cares for patients with a variety of ailments including poor posture, spinal misalignment, and joint/muscle pain, among others by utilizing the very best hands-on techniques. With his broad diagnostic skills, Dr. Day offers patients comfort through recommended therapeutic and rehabilitative exercises, as well as nutritional, dietary and lifestyle counseling. His goal is to diminish pain and improve his patient’s health and overall wellbeing.

Dr. Day is a member of the California Board of Chiropractic Examiners (CBCE) and earned his Doctor of Chiropractic through Life Chiropractic College West in Hayward.
